01

Booking & Payments

To reserve your spot on a trip, a non-refundable deposit of $300 USD is required. The remaining balance may either:

  • Be paid in full upfront
  • Be paid through a payment plan split into two payments

Final payment is due no later than 60 days before the trip start date unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any payments already made.

02

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

The $300 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: personal schedule conflicts, illness or injury, failure to obtain travel documents, flight cancellations or delays, change of mind, family emergencies, weather conditions, political events, or travel advisories.

This deposit secures your place on the trip and covers planning, reservations, administrative costs, and non-refundable commitments made in advance.

If a participant cancels more than 60 days before the trip start date, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Outer Current Club, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

No refunds will be issued within 60 days of the trip start date.

03
